Karen Voss - Licensed Sales Person (Sales Manager)

Having had a succesful career in Sales, Marketing and Management in the Motor Industry, prior to having children - a move to the Real Estate Industry eight years ago seemed like an obvious choice of career.

With the full support of my husband and family, I was able to prove myself as a dedicated Sales Person over this time and was offered and accepted the role of 'Sales Manager' for the Te Awamutu Branch, of Century 21 Countrywide Realestate MREINZ in January 2008. This role involves day to day Management of the Branch and Residential Team, plus Property Management.

Family is very important to me and 'Real Estate' allows the flexibility neccessary to be successful in my business career, whilst still being accessible to my family.

I believe in being honest and providing service with enthusiasm that is second to none and this is one of the reasons why I was able to achieve Rookie of the Year, for New Zealand, in 2002 and numerous awards throughout my career.

Real Estate is not my only business, but my passion and I look forward to creating a strong successful business partnership with YOU!
